Since founding Vermont Security in 2013, Jesse has used his passion for emerging technology in the security industry to position the company as a leading provider of creative and accessible security and automation solutions. Through research-driven strategies and collaborations with top manufacturers, Jesse has propelled Vermont Security's growth and delivered unmatched tech-forward solutions to Vermonters.

Vermont Security relies on Mike's nine years as a technician and installer, as well as his interest in engineering creative solutions to meet the security needs of any project, large or small. His background in customer service and his passion for system design make him a technical support expert that can effectively communicate with clients, from the novice homeowner to commercial integrators and contractors.

As office manager at Vermont Security, Shanley works to provide support both in the office and to our valued customers. Our staff and customers appreciate her exceptional and positive communication skills and attention to detail. Since coming on board as the third member of Vermont Security in 2017, Shanley has helped transform our business into an organized and smooth running operation by placing emphasis on back-end processes and team work.

Marcia has worked at Vermont Security since 2018 as Office and Medical Alert Administrator. Marcia's 20 years of experience in office administration and client services helps her respond to client inquiries and maintain Vermont Security's daily operations.
