I can't say enough about Vermont Security. Our system was well designed and easy operate. Their people responded to questions almost instantly. The equipment is first rate, no false alarms, and the phone app is awesome. No call center hassles, either. These people run a business like a business should be run! I'd give them a more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently called Vt. Security regarding a life-line system for my
elderly sister. I purchased a Great Call system but failed to get
it activated after two days of trying. Vt. Security came to my
